![]() My daughter and I escaped to this dreamy resort for her grad school graduation gift. If you are looking to visit, do not waste time in booking you will not be disappointed. Overall, we have finally found a place we can call home and plan to visit multiple times in the near future. Luckily, I read about them before we got there so I knew how to ignore and avoid them. The PLAYA reps should not harass people coming in the door while they are trying to enjoy their vacation. ![]() We spent all of our time on the beach because there were more complimentary cabanas there. We were only in the pool for the foam party and one hour on one day. Mexico is too hot and humid to not have enough shading. Limited number of complementary cabanas and none were ever available after 7-8am. Umbrellas are needed where there were loungers. Something has to be done with shaded areas at the POOL. To wake up to this ocean view every morning was paradise! The Beach and Pool-Just absolutely beautiful! The blend of aqua green to a deep turquoise to dark blue-I have never seen the ocean like this anywhere and the pool’s turquoise and blue color matched. Th DJ (believe his name was Brian) was awesome too! He played all genres of music which was nice! It was quite fun, and I think all the characters of the party were pretty impressive! The FOAM pool party was so FUN! I love foam parties and the entertainment team did not disappoint. The MJ entertainment team put on a great show and had me wowed! I also liked the Glow Party that was in the middle of the week we were there. At Punta Vista, the head server and those who worked with him were so professional and kind.Įntertainment- Great evening shows which the Michael Jackson show on Saturday night was my favorite. At the restaurant, Spice, servers Abel and Gardenia were so wonderful and made sure you had anything you needed. He made sure you were pleased with your meal and the experience. He was kind, entertaining, and kept a smile on his face which you couldn’t help but to smile back. Our cook, Camilo was excellent both times. At Asiana, we had the Teppanyaki dinner twice during our week stay. I enjoyed Dalila Rosaldo’s professionalism, smile and the sweet towel animal she left for us night one.įood-I would rate the food 7 out of 10. Turn down service occurred every night with chocolates left on the bed. Rooms-VERY clean! Housekeeping is top notch! Our bed was always made, trash emptied (more than once). They went out of their way to ensure you were smiling at all times. NEVER in the entire week did this not happen at any place I step my foot in. They made you feel welcomed and as if you were family. From the bell boy to the maintenance crew, if they saw you at anytime of the day, they would put their hand over their heart, smile and greet you. The SERVICE is what separates this resort from all other resorts. The Service-by far the best service I have ever received abroad or even in the U.S. ![]() This is an oceanfront resort with ALL rooms having a view of the ocean (no upcharge). The location was perfect, just 25 minutes or less from the airport, so we were there in no time.
